Unlike the VPX range, VPi solutions are all specifically geared towards businesses who require a smaller number of users, an excellent onsite telephony solution for the small business user, this solution provides you with the ability to mix and match phone equipment with both IP phones and analogue phones on the same network, the VPi does not offer HUD capabilities but is a reliable and easily installed boxed product with extensive IP features.

VPi Mini is the most entry level solution offered by Vocal Pulse. Running on Linux software the solution is the cost saving answer to your business’s telephonic communications. Through a web interface the
system is easily managed, with an array of features including IVR, voicemail, unified messaging, distinctive ringtones, hold music, speed-dialing and conferencing abilities. The Mini also provides comprehensive reporting on call statistics.

A more scalable VPi version is the SME, still offering the same features as the Mini, such as IVR, voicemail, unified messaging, distinctive ringtones, hold music, speed-dialing and conferencing abilities with the same comprehensive reporting on call statistics, but also includes an innovative Hunt group creator. The VPi will empower your employees to communicate more efficiently and in-turn provide a higher level of service to your clients.
