About Us
Corporate Social Investment
Vocal Pulse firmly believes not only in having a positive impact on our employees, clients and partners, but also on the wider community in which we do business. With this in mind we have collaborated with a respected team of Workplace transformation consultants, in order to set specific BEE targets for our business. We are a level 4 contributor..

Employment Equity

We have set employment equity and skills development targets that will enhance the representivity of our staff and increase our levels of compliance. As well as offering internships for young IT staff looking for experience in the industry, we are an annual participant in the University of Cape Town Graduate recruitment programme where we have access to a pool of some of the most talented previously disadvantaged graduates in the country.

Skills Development

We endeavour to develop all of our people to their greatest potential, so that they may work and live at a level that adds great value to the organisation, themselves and their families and loved ones. Vocal Pulse therefore undertakes to facilitate and promote the continuous training and development of all our staff, with a specific focus on those from previously disadvantaged backgrounds. This is done with the aim of realizing the goals of both Vocal Pulse and its employees through the increase in the employee’s level of effectiveness and the quality of service provided by the employee.

Preferential Procurement

Our major suppliers have excellent BEE records, and we aim to identify BEE compliant smaller businesses that can supply our business with non-core services and products.

Socio Economic Development

Vocal Pulse sees the many challenges experienced in our local environment as opportunities to make positive differences in the lives of those less fortunate. We are currently investigating several avenues in which Vocal Pulse can have an impact on those who live and work in our local region. We specifically have plans with one of our partners to help facilitate the up-skilling of previously disadvantaged young people through running a comprehensive non-profit training academy teaching very technical IT skills such as programming and Networking, as there is a tremendous skills shortage in the South African ITC Market .
